These are just a few things that can alter the completion time on your project. Our estimators factor all situations into our evaluations, minimizing unexpected delays and eliminating unwanted surprises. Roofing is heavy-duty construction and a thorough roofing project starts before the crew even arrives.
xxxx xxx and all employees understand the importance of respecting others property, on all residential jobs before we begin removal of existing roofing material “unless instructed not to”. We carefully set aside all moveable flower pots, deck furniture, lawn ornaments etc. We take pride in protecting flower gardens, shrubs, plants and siding. In the event a dumpster will be used in your driveway protective measures are pre planned to insure, the dumpster wheels never even touch the surface. Walkways and driveways are magnetically swept and all roofing debris is cleaned daily.
xxx xxxx shows care and takes pride when completing commercial projects. Safety is always a priority on any job site. Caution tape and cones are used when needed. If tenants are present, all circumstances are considered to make certain each tenant will be shown respect and given privacy.
